Who we are
Banay OS™ is offered by Dom's Workshop, Inc., d/b/a Banay OS, a New Hampshire company. This policy covers the banay.app website.
What we collect
The email address you type into our waitlist. Our servers also keep standard logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, to keep the site running and secure.
How we use it
We use your email only to tell you when Banay OS™ opens and to send early-access updates. We don't sell your information or share it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that host this website and deliver our email, and only so they can do that work for us.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from any email we send. You can also email us to see, correct or delete the information we have about you.
Cookies and Do Not Track
This site doesn't use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking tools, and it doesn't track you across other websites. Because there's no tracking, the site works the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
